The home is located  on two small beach coves that come and go depending on the weather, but the gorgeous Sandy Point Beach is just a 3 minute boat ride away from the villa and rental of the property includes the use of a 5 passenger Zodiac boat and boatman. The exquisite 2 mile long sugar white sand Rendezvous Bay is located within a short boat ride as well. 

The spacious living room located on the upper level area opens to two walkout terraces and stunning views. Amenities include 42" flat screen TV, Bose sound system, DVD collection and office area.
